At ArtSign, we strive to provide the best AI-powered artistic signature generation service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our digital signature generator service.

Our signature credit-based system allows you to generate custom artistic signatures using advanced AI technology across 68 unique styles. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund Conditions

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not used any signatures from your purchased plan
  • No AI signature generation has been processed using your signature credits
  • Your account shows zero signature usage for the purchased tier

2.2 Partial Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • You have used less than 20% of your purchased signatures
  • Technical issues prevented normal service usage (subject to verification)

Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on unused signatures. For example, if you purchased the Pro plan (30 signatures) and used 5, you would be refunded for 25 unused signatures.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • More than 50% of signatures have been used
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service
  • Generated signatures did not meet personal aesthetic preferences (AI output varies)
  • Signature credits have expired (1 year from purchase date)
  • Account has been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Free tier signature credits (these are complimentary and not purchased)
  • Promotional or discounted signature credits obtained through special offers

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Step 2: Provide Required Information

Include the following details in your email:

  • Your registered email address and account name
  • Purchase date and transaction ID (from Stripe confirmation email)
  • Plan purchased (Basic, Pro, or Premium)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Number of signatures used (if any)
  • Any technical issues encountered (please provide screenshots if applicable)

Step 3: Await Review

Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with:

  • Refund approval or denial with explanation
  • Refund amount (full or partial)
  • Expected processing time

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time

  • Stripe payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Processing begins immediately upon approval
  • Actual credit to your account depends on your bank or card issuer
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

5.2 Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit cards: Refund to the same card
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay): Refund to the linked account
  • We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods

5.3 Account Status After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • All unused signature credits from the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
  • Previously generated signatures will be deleted from cloud storage
  • Download your signature images before requesting a refund if you wish to keep them
  • Your account will revert to the Free tier (2 watermarked signatures)

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical problems preventing you from using our AI signature generator:

  • Contact support immediately at sparkppix@gmail.com
  • We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue
  • If unresolved after 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of signature usage
  • Provide detailed error messages and screenshots

6.2 Service Discontinuation

If ArtSign discontinues the signature generation service:

  • We will provide 90 days advance notice
  • All users with unused signature credits will receive automatic full refunds
  • You will have time to download your generated signatures before service shutdown

6.3 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund within 48 hours if confirmed.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Important Warning:

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of all signature credits and generated signatures
  • Potential ban from future service use

8. Subscription vs. One-Time Purchase

ArtSign operates on a signature credit-based, one-time purchase model, not recurring subscriptions:

  • All purchases are single payments for a specific number of signature credits
  • No automatic renewals or recurring charges
  • Signature credits are valid for 1 year from purchase date
  • You can purchase multiple plans simultaneously (they stack)
  • Refunds do not affect other active purchases

9. Refund Policy for Multiple Purchases

If you have purchased multiple signature packages:

  • Each purchase is evaluated independently for refund eligibility
  • You can request a refund for specific purchases while keeping others
  • Most recent purchase is refunded first if criteria are met
  • Bulk purchase discounts (if any) will be recalculated for partial refunds
